Welcome to the CloudGradien Help Center — your guide to setting up, managing, and troubleshooting your Gradien Nodes and Gradien Clusters through the CloudGradien IoT platform.
CloudGradien is designed to seamlessly connect, monitor, and control all Gradien Nodes within one or multiple Gradien Clusters.
🔧 Getting Started
1. Creating an Account
Visit the CloudGradien website.
Register using your email address.
Verify your account to access the dashboard.
2. Understanding Gradien Nodes & Gradien Clusters
Gradien Node
A single Gradien device (e.g., TrapGradien, AirGradien, SoilGradien, etc.) that collects data or performs actions.
Gradien Cluster
A group of multiple Gradien Nodes organized in a location, project, or monitoring area.
CloudGradien allows you to manage both individual Nodes and Clusters in one place.
📡 Adding Your Gradien Node
Log in to your CloudGradien dashboard.
Navigate to Nodes → Add Node.
Enter the Node ID and Access Token (provided with the Gradien Node).
Assign the Node to an existing Gradien Cluster, or create a new Cluster.
Once connected, the Node will appear online on your dashboard.
📊 Using the Dashboard
CloudGradien provides powerful tools for monitoring and control:
Real-Time Monitoring
View live sensor data from each Gradien Node.
Monitor environmental readings, operational status, and system health.
Historical Data & Analytics
Access logs and trend graphs.
Export data for further analysis or reporting.
Node Control
Send commands to supported Gradien Nodes.
Manage operational modes, calibration values, and custom behaviors.
Cluster Management
Organize Nodes into Clusters based on location or project.
View aggregate statistics, alerts, and environmental summaries for each Cluster.
⚙️ Configuring a Gradien Node
Open the Node Detail page.
Adjust parameters such as:
Threshold levels (normal, warning, danger)
Measurement interval
Control settings
Calibration data (if applicable)
Save changes — the Node will auto-sync with CloudGradien.
Use the Control Panel for immediate manual commands.
❗ Troubleshooting
Node Offline
Check power supply.
Verify Wi-Fi or LoRa connection (depending on your Node type).
Ensure Node ID and Access Token are correct.
Restart the Node if needed.
No Data Incoming
Ensure sensors are functioning correctly.
Check if the Node measurement interval is too long.
Verify firmware version.
Cluster Not Showing Nodes
Check whether the Node was assigned to the correct Cluster.
Ensure the Cluster is active and not archived.
Node Cannot Be Controlled
Some Nodes support monitoring only.
Verify permissions for your user account.
Make sure remote-control mode is enabled on the device.
